Required for Tripkoz to work at all — signing in, staying signed in, moving securely to the payment gateway, and remembering this very choice. These cannot be switched off.
- access_token / refresh_token — your signed-in session
- user — the name, role and organisation shown in the dashboard shell
- last_activity — the 15-minute inactivity sign-out

Functional
Remembers preferences that make Tripkoz pleasanter to use. Turning these off costs you convenience, not access.

- Dismissed notices, so a banner you have closed stays closed
Analytics
Counts page views and feature usage in aggregate so we can see what to improve. IP addresses are truncated before storage and we do not try to identify individuals.

Each switch saves as soon as you flip it — there is no separate confirm step to forget. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened lawfully while it was in place.
